In Rome, we boarded our bus and started our adventure. We went to the Colosseum, time was short so we grabbed a quick lunch at St. Peter’s Basilica and then we were on the way to Volterra. Volterra was my favorite place in Italy, maybe because we had time to experience the Tuscan Region to its fullest. Spending two days there gave us a chance to relax and get to know the city. On the way to France, we stopped in Florence for another short visit before jumping back on the bus to head to Nice for the night.
